12 Year old Software Product & Implementation Company requires JV Partners or VC for business expansion in 13 countries.

A profit making 12 years old software company which has over 30 implementations globally (10+ countries). Currently we are based in Thailand, India & Vietnam and we have many products to offer for logistics & transport companies.

We have 5 products of our own and IP belongs to us. We are licensor for all these products and we implement the same for our customers.

Reason for Merger: Next 2 years fund is critical for our company to take it to many folds. Even though we have good cash flow for the year 2014, we need some funding to really take us through to the next level.

Plan of action from this year:
Opening branches in United States, Canada, Spain/France, Middle East & South Africa. All local directors in this region have been finalized, ready to kick start operation.

Growing from a small company to a medium size, planning to appoint CTO who could give more quality to our products, also planning to hire industry functional consultants, planning for more international sales & marketing team.

From the product point of view, we have 3 more products in the pipeline of developing.

Note: We are not willing to sell 100%, we would like some investor to join us which could provide us with some money to drive faster.

Investment & Returns:
We are looking for 2 M USD to buy out 49% of the shares from the existing shareholders.
Plus 1 Million USD $ of working capital (500,000 Year 1, 250,000 Year 2, 250,000 Year 3)

We are targeting a ROI of 12 Million USD $ in 5 years time (Very very Pessimistically). If everything clicks well then we are in the potential of getting over 50 Million USD $ in 5 years time.
