This 17 room Boutique Guest House was constructed and opened in July 2012. Everything is new and I have done the hard work
to get this place up and running. Focusing on driving positive customer review has put us on the map currently #7 in Tripadvisor Patong "Specialty Hotels" category and recently named #2 Pension in all of Thailand on trivago. This helped us maintain over 90% occupancy in the slow season. (personally i kept waiting for it to slow down.)
High season is here we have over 700,000 in reservations and average 3-4 new bookings a day. I have established a website with full reservation capabilities as well as setup sites such as Expedia, Agoda, Hotels.com to name a few. I have implemented software to help run and manage the hotel. A POS (cash register system) a property management system and channel manager are in use and the staff have been trained. Because I"m staying in Phuket opening bigger place because off the success I've had here.
It took 12 months for me to build up a name and start to see the money come and customers come in. As the company and name are here you'll see only the profits from the work of the staff and myself.

Reason For Selling:
I opened the hotel following a life long dream however had never worked even a day in a hotel. I started small with the plan of opening something bigger if I liked it and it was profitable. It's only been a 1.5 years but I love it. I found some real estate to move on to and build from the ground up.
